RETURNS POLICY

 

Returning Items

 

For items costing less than £500 we operate a “no-quibbles” guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the equipment, at your cost, un-used, undamaged and in sellable condition as new within 30 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However for systems where a deposit is paid, you will forfeit the deposit if goods are returned.

 

Bespoke items/items manufactured to special order cannot be returned.

 

If the item is either faulty or damaged, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund by phone at 01384 896879.

 

To return an item, please pack the item securely with a return form including the name of the person who ordered the items, the company (if applicable), the order number and the reason for the return. Please try to use the original packaging to return the item.

 

For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Cancelling Orders

 

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We regret that this does not apply where sealed audio and video recordings or software products have been unsealed or systems that have previously been viewed by the customer, or bespoke systems .

 

Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and un-used (unless faulty).

 

You should notify us by contacting us by phone (01384 896879) or by email (admin@hangar51.co.uk) and creating a return form, including the name of the person who ordered the items, the company (if applicable), the order number and the reason for the return which should be delivered with the securely packaged goods. Return the goods straight away using a recorded delivery service.

 

We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
